For this week, I have managed to experiment in After Effects and Photoshop further, allowing me to learn and utilise more technics which I could use in my Final Major Project. However, whilst I was doing my experimentation, I have made a decision to not use a 3D model in both my experimentation and my FMP, the reason being that the 3D model does not have shadowing support, meaning it can't gain or cash shadows. This means that if I were to include that 3D TV model in my FMP, the entire model would be standing out in darkness. Furthermore, I would not be able to put any footage on the TV, as I would have to find a way to put the footage in the TV, without making the footage clip with the model. Creating a composition could've worked as a good alternative, but a composition would not really fix the issue with shadow casting, which still leads to the 3D TV model no longer being useful.
However, whilst doing my experimentation, I have managed to develop and create some ideas for my FMP, in a form of drawings in my sketchbook. Although I have developed some ideas, not every single idea was yet drawn and not a single drawing was uploaded onto my website during this time period. To ensure that I get the "Ideas" section done in time, over the holidays I will have to develop more ideas, create a storyboard, upload and explain everything onto my website.
